Become A Shopper

Mystery shopping can be fun and rewarding and a great way to earn a little extra in your spare time.

As a mystery shopper, you will visit or telephone a wide variety of businesses posing as a potential customer of their products or services. You will be asked to report on your visit on things like the service, the products and the customer experience. We will provide you with all the supporting information you need to carry out assignments.

Assignments are sent to each shopper by email with detailed instructions on how to proceed. The number of assignments you are offered will depend on the amount of jobs we have in your area and also on the quality of your reports.  You can accept or decline jobs to suit your own personal schedule, but deadlines are important so we will give you clear guidelines on when reports are due.

You will need to have access to a computer, an e-mail address which you check regularly. You also must have access to and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Previous experience of working in a customer service environment would be advantageous, but more important is a keen eye for detail, flexibility and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
